Hello: Donna here. First let me say I LOVE your products. My friends compliment me on all my mirrors and floors. It may not be a bad idea to get those guy’s and gal’s who do those home improvement programs to have them on hand and get more word out. I am champion Parker & Bailey. Just want to say I love your Lemon Oil Polish and I also use many other products that you manufacture. My bedroom furniture in particular has intricate wood carvings, a craft not too much around today. I have a suggestion for your packaging of this lemon oil polish as it spilled all over my carpet today as I was using it. The bottle is too thin and tall. It should be shorter and stouter so that is does not tip over easily. It should also have a thin squirt to so that if this happens, it would not spill as much as mine. In addition to cleaning my beautiful furniture today, I also had to soak up the oil from my carpet, a task I was not happy with. I will continue to use your products, however I will transfer this oil to a more convenient bottle. Thank you for listening to me today.

I just wanted to say that we received the cabinet cleaner and it is wonderful.  We installed cherry Shaker cabinets about ten years ago, and I have been appalled at how dirty they get.  I used the cleaner for a first go-round and I feel like we have a brand new kitchen again and the cabinets feel wonderful–no slimy residue as with other things I have tried.  Thank you!

Just used your SS polish on my appliances.  Purchased at The Container Store. After frustrating attempts with 2 other products, yours worked like magic! I am so happy now that the appliances in our rental house look clean.

I feel very strongly that I should contact you. I have used your ‘lemon oil’ polish at home for quite a while and have always been delighted with the results especially on old treasured wood furniture.During the last few months a great deal of ‘re-ordering’ has taken place at our village Church. When we cleaned up after the building work was finished I realised just how poor and dry a lot of the furniture was especially the very old furniture. I offered and was given permission to treat said furniture. I was unable to get the lemon oil but managed to get orange oil instead. The results have been dramatic and have made a big impression on a lot of people. I felt I must write to thank you and to say how wonderful your product is.

I bought some Parker & Baily wood cleaner this morning when I went “into town” and just tested it on an out of the way spot to see what the results would be.  Amazing.  Just amazing!  I have been searching for a wood cleaner that wouldn’t leave any residue!  This is the real deal.  AND…it cleans incredibly well, without a herculean effort.   I just moved into a very large post and beam home and the wood has been neglected for a decade.  Now, I have something to keep me busy through the upcoming winter.  Did I mention there is wood every where?   Wonderful, warm…and soon to be sparkling clean…wood!  I love being surrounded by wood…and I can’t wait to bring it back to its beauty. Thank you for making such a superb product.

I’m heading back out to civilization later today to empty the sore shelf of your wood cleaner.  As I mentioned, its a very big home!!!!!

A few weeks ago I used the Parker & Bailey furniture polish my Mom had purchased for her own place. Incredible, my entire house was shining and I had to put no effort into it. The best thing was that it didn’t leave finger prints, it’s not greasy at all. A few days ago, I found other Parker & Bailey products and stocked up on the furniture polish. I also found the wood floor cleaner. My floors look beautiful but moping has been a nightmare. Any soap dulls it, just water doesn’t really clean it, steam leaves streaks. I had given up on trying to get my floor shining again. When I saw this wood floor cleaner, I thought I’d give it one last shot, but didn’t believe it would be a miracle product….. but it is!! It took me 4 years, but my floor shines again! And it dries so fast I don’t have to wait for my daughter to be sleeping to get it done. THANK YOU!

Your products are great! I have a lot of cherry wood furniture that looks a lot better now as a result of using your polish.

I am writing to you because I recently purchased your wood cleaner from Marshalls and wow bravo! It is the best purchase of 2014 to date! I love my wood floors but never got them to be shiny and bring out that beautiful natural  wood look, after one use of your cleaner, wow I am a happy camper! I have received so many more compliments on em! Gosh I wish I knew how good it was because I would have stocked up on it or any other of your products, I see you also produce granite cleaner and stainless steel cleaner, well I am renovating my kitchen with all new appliance and counter so I need to look for those other cleaners and stock up. But you know how Marshalls is, inventory moves so quick there that I hope you are there when I go back next weekend. Well thanks again for making the best of the best!
